Information for New Members
Enrolments.
If you’re reading this, you are probably already enrolled in one of our classes – YAY!! If you are yet to enrol, you can do so by logging into or creating an account and following the instructions to register your gymnast.
You must re-enrol for every term.
The reason we do this is to enable your schedule to be flexible with other sports, family and friend commitments. It also helps to keep our rolls accurate and we know exactly how many kids we will have in the classes.
PRIORITY BOOKINGS: At the end of each term we email all our current members. We give you 2 weeks to re-enrol before general enrolments open to new members at which time enrolments become first come – first serve basis.
A LOT OF OUR CLASSES FILL UP QUICKLY SO PLEASE RE-ENROLL EARLY TO SECURE YOUR SPOT!
Arriving for your class.
Please arrive a few minutes early for your class. Pop your gear & drink bottle away, head upstairs & wait for a coach to call you down. We do this for safety and to ease congestion in the downstairs area when classes are finishing up. If you find you have arrived and another class has just come off the floor please wait out of the way so as not to cause delays. If you arrive and your class has already started please report to the Session Manager to have your name marked off the roll and they will direct you where to go.
Parents/visitors to the gym.
We do not allow parents on the gymnasium floor unless this has been approved by the Session Manager in advance. We have limited space on the floor and this can often be distracting for the children. All siblings and young visitors must supervised and must kept off the gymnastics floor & equipment. If you have a child who is shy, please let the Session Manager know and we can take them onto the floor for you. If you would like to stay while your child’s class is on, we have seating upstairs. You are welcome to drop your children off and pick them up again at the end of their class. We have all your contact details on the online database so please make sure your phone numbers and emails are kept updated so we can contact you if we need to.

Anything left over after each day is put into our lost property box. This is kept near the office on the big square ottoman. Lost Property will be kept until the end of each term, if unclaimed it will be donated during the holidays. If you’ve lost something please check our lost property as soon as possible.
Communication.
Our main method of communication is via email & or our Facebook page. You will receive invoices, event reminders, newsletters and other general information via email. We limit the amount of ‘stuff’ we send you so if you do receive an email from us, it is always something of general importance. It is important that you keep your email updated on your online account so we can contact you easily and so you know what is going on in the gym. On rare occasions our emails may end up in your junk folder, so please check your junk folder and add our emails to your contacts if one of our emails does end up in there!
Please let the team know if you ever have any questions, concerns or general wonderings. We are always happy to explain things to you or help whenever we can.
Photography & Social Media.
Some of our staff & coaches take pictures/videos in the gym for our Facebook, website and instagram. If you do not wish to have your child featured on our social media platforms/website please let us know!
You’re welcome to take photos/videos of your child’s gym achievements but we ask that you do not record anyone else in the gym.
