AIMS GAMES - Good Luck girls!

This week Sienna Moore & Melody McLaren are competing at the 2023 Zespri AIMS Games.  This is Melody's fist time competing at AIMS showcasing her Twisters routines for Apparatus (Beam, Fllor & Vault) and Tumbling. Level 2 - Classes Starting 25 May

Term 1 Starting

Term 1 starts on the 10th of February.  Changes this term include the re-introduction of a Tumbling class and a few changes to timings. The fee structure also been changed slightly to make it more affordable for a child to attend more than one class per week. Club of the Year

Thames Gymsports was recently named Club of the Year at the Sport Waikato Sports Awards for the Thames Coromandel and Hauraki Area.  The club is also a finalist at the Waikato Sports awards to be held in late January 2020.  This award reflects the strategic move the club made in establishing ourselves in the new facility, developing coaches and administrative support to match growth in

Official Opening

Maia Whitney cuts the ribbon
The gymnasium had it's official opening on the 25th of August - what an event!  Lots of people, gymnastics displays, kids all having a go.  The club are proud of the new facility and were pleased to have an event to show it off to the wider community. Maia Whitney, gymnast and grandaughter of the building owners cut the ribbon in front of the crowd.

Parking Update

Parking - please park through the gates in the yard by the gym because our yard is now clear.  Signs and markings will be put in place shortly.  Please note that the neighbouring business is no longer vacant, so we can no longer park outside their buildings.
