Club of the Year

Thames Gymsports was recently named Club of the Year at the Sport Waikato Sports Awards for the Thames Coromandel and Hauraki Area.  The club is also a finalist at the Waikato Sports awards to be held in late January 2020.  This award reflects the strategic move the club made in establishing ourselves in the new facility, developing coaches and administrative support to match growth in gymnast numbers.

Those on the volunteer committee and our coaching team were thrilled with the award and are very proud of the work done to date to build the club for the communities around Thames and Hauraki.
